It's Ouka from .hack//whatever! Not entirely clear on the full name (it has about 5 names anyway, doesn't it?) but hopefully you can still recognize this girl. I admit, I didn't actually know who she was until someone suggested her. Of course, once I saw her, I was like... whoa. Must draw.
Despite that, I still did a random pick, because there was a certain orange haired leek spinner who I was quite set on drawing as well (Bleach fans, please don't flame me for not drawing her. It was a random choice, I swear. D: )
